ScaleFounders, 1621 Central Ave Cheyenne, WY 82001, stands behind AI Newsletter Team Workshop.

The short version

Get your first newsletter subscribers within 72 hours, or you don't pay. We launch your ad together in the workshop. If no one has subscribed 72 hours after it ends, email me and I'll refund every cent.

How to ask

Email support@scalefounders.io from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.

Our promise

Get your first newsletter subscribers within 72 hours, or you don't pay. We launch your ad together in the workshop. If no one has subscribed 72 hours after it ends, email me and I'll refund every cent.

Questions about any of this? Email support@scalefounders.io and a person will answer.
